In the crisp autumn air of August, the grasslands of Inner Mongolia unfolded like a magnificent painting. From August 22 to 27, nearly 80 employees from Drillmaster Engineering Technology, Imachine, and Drillmaster Trenchless embarked on a six-day team-building journey to Hulunbuir, under the theme “United in Heart, Galloping Through Nature.”
Over six days and five nights, the team traveled across grasslands, wetlands, and forests, immersing themselves in Mongolian culture, strengthening bonds, and creating unforgettable shared memories on the vast plains.
01 Embracing Nature, Expanding Horizons
The Hulunbuir Grassland is among the most breathtaking in the world. Beginning in Hailar, the group journeyed through famous landmarks such as:
- Morigele River – its winding curves echoing life’s journey, reminding us to flow forward with grace;
- Erguna Wetland – where the boundless natural landscape inspired awe and reflection;
- Birch Forest – where a magical encounter with reindeer touched hearts with its gentle trust between humans and nature;
- Heishantou Horseback Base – where team members galloped across the plains, experiencing the bold spirit of the grasslands;
- Bonfire Night – where singing, dancing, and laughter lit up the starry sky, bringing everyone closer;
- Matryoshka Hotel in Manzhouli – a fairytale-like evening experience;
- Baarhu Mongolian Tribe – where the spectacular performance “Dance of the Horses” showcased the depth and passion of Mongolian culture.
In this vast and majestic land, the team not only admired the beauty of the motherland but also shared moments of genuine connection, joy, and teamwork.

This journey to Hulunbuir deepened everyone’s understanding and sense of belonging to the company’s culture.
