1. Basic Maintenance & Refurbishment:
   Includes engine servicing, hydraulic oil inspection, hopper refurbishment, full machine inspection, overall cleaning, localized touch-up painting, replacement of worn tires, and full machine waxing (anti-corrosion treatment).
   The cost is approximately USD 1,500 if tires are not replaced; tire replacement will incur additional charges.
2. Premium (High-Standard) Maintenance & Refurbishment:
   In addition to the basic scope, this includes full machine repainting, complete replacement of tires, cab interior refurbishment/detailing, and replacement of new hydraulic oil.

ZOOMLION: Sinotruk, MAN, and Weichai.

After receiving the deposit, maintenance begins. Basic maintenance takes about 15–20 days, while high-quality maintenance takes around 1 month. The exact timing will be confirmed based on vessel scheduling.

1. Visual Inspection

• Nameplate & Branding: Verify the integrity of the vehicle’s manufacturer nameplate and exterior paintwork.
• VIN Verification: Ensure the Chassis VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) matches the registration documents.

2. Hydraulic System

• Main Pump: Inspect the main hydraulic pump for leaks or abnormal noise during operation.
• Hydraulic Cylinders: Check for oil seepage, scoring on the rods, or irregular movement.

3. Electrical Control System

• Lighting: Test all signal lights, work lights, and beacons.
• Instrumentation: Verify that the chassis dashboard and superstructure computer (LMI/RCL) display accurate data and are free of fault codes.
• Control Cabinet: Ensure the wiring in the electrical cabinet is organized and free of loose connections.
• Safety Devices: Test the anemometer (wind speed sensor) for functionality and verify that all limit switches (e.g., anti-two-block) are operational.

Logistics for crawler cranes depend heavily on the weight restrictions of the destination port and the crane’s specific tonnage. Here is our standardized shipping breakdown:

1. Disassembly & Trucking Requirements

• Case A: If the destination port has a strict weight limit (e.g., maximum 28 tons per unit): The tracks must be disassembled. The number of trucks required for transport is as follows:
  • 55t – 85t Capacity: 3 Trucks
  • 100t Capacity: 4 Trucks
  • 150t Capacity: 6 Trucks
  • 200t Capacity: 7 Trucks
  • 260t Capacity: 8–9 Trucks
  • Above 260t: Custom disassembly plan required (Contact us for details).
• Case B: If the destination port allows units over 28 tons: You can typically reduce the total truck count by one vehicle compared to the requirements listed in Case A.

2. Estimated Transport Costs

• For overland trucking within the region, we estimate a baseline cost of approximately 12 RMB (approx. $1.70 USD) per kilometer per truck. (Note: Final quotes may vary based on fuel surcharges, permit fees for oversized loads, and specific route conditions.)

Our comprehensive inspection process covers seven critical categories to ensure maximum safety and operational efficiency:

1. Visual & Structural Inspection: We verify the machine’s nameplate and chassis serial number (VIN) for authenticity. We also evaluate the overall paint condition and structural preservation of the main frame.
2. Hydraulic System: We inspect the engine nameplate and conduct rigorous checks on all valves, hydraulic pumps, and cylinders to detect any oil leaks, pressure drops, or abnormal noises.
3. Electronic Control System: We verify that all sensors display accurate data and check for active alarms or fault codes. This includes inspecting the monitor, ensuring control box wiring is organized, and testing the anemometer (wind speed sensor) and all safety limiters for proper functionality.
4. Undercarriage (Four-Wheels and One-Belt): We examine the track rollers for excessive clearance, leaks, or wear. We also inspect the track shoes for missing segments, evaluate the drive sprockets for wear, and check the condition of the carrier rollers and idlers.
5. Slewing System: We assess the wear levels and structural integrity of both the slewing bearing (turntable) and the slewing motors.
6. Boom Structure: We perform a detailed check of the lattice boom for any cracks, bends, or structural deformations. We also inspect all boom pulleys (sheaves) for alignment and wear.
7. Hook Block: We examine the hook assembly, specifically focusing on the condition of the internal pulleys and bearings to ensure they are not deformed or seizing.

We offer two tiers of maintenance to suit different project requirements:

1. Basic Maintenance: Includes a full machine wash and system calibration. We restore all functional components, perform engine servicing, check all fluid levels, and conduct spot checks on the Kelly bar. Finishing touches include partial paint touch-ups and a full-body wax coating for rust prevention.
2. Premium Maintenance: In addition to all Basic services, we include professional repainting of the crawler tracks, I-beams, and the Kelly bar. Upon request, we provide a full-body respray and a complete interior detailing (brightening) of the operator’s cabin.

Our inventory features high-performance powerplants from world-class manufacturers: Zoomlion and Sunward units primarily utilize Cummins engines, while SANY and XCMG rigs are predominantly equipped with Japanese Isuzu engines.

Our comprehensive inspection covers three critical systems:

1. Hydraulic System: We verify the engine nameplate and inspect the hydraulic pumps and cylinders for any oil leaks, pressure inconsistencies, or abnormal noises.
2. Mechanical Components: This includes verifying the chassis nameplate and overall paint condition. We specifically examine the power head for internal spring plate integrity, oil leakage, and motor wear levels.
