During the session, six departmental leaders shared their personal reflections and practical insights from the book, integrating mindfulness into their respective roles:
Finance Department: “Mindfulness made me realize that wealth is a manifestation of the mind. When our hearts are clear and energy flows smoothly, abundance follows naturally.”
Human Resources Department: “People can only be influenced, not changed. Mindfulness helps us accept others — and ourselves — which is the foundation of true leadership and teamwork.”
Marketing Department: “Everything is an attraction. Mindful marketing is not about pushing products, but about naturally shining and drawing people in.”
These heartfelt sharings reflected more than just an understanding of the book — they embodied the company’s “inner cultivation” culture, encouraging everyone to turn inward, dissolve inner disturbances, and live with greater clarity and compassion.

Following the reading session, we celebrated the birthdays of our colleagues born in the third quarter. Surrounded by candlelight and laughter, the Youzhuan family came together to share sweetness and blessings.

General Manager’s Sharing: Eliminating Internal Friction and Activating Organizational Energy
In the afternoon, Mr. Shen Deyi, Jason, General Manager of Drillmaster Group, delivered a keynote speech on “Heart-Centered Leadership in Business”, exploring how to practice a culture of ultimate altruism within the company.
He emphasized that the true barriers to wealth and growth are mental and perceptual obstacles. Within organizations, emotions such as greed, anger, ignorance, arrogance, and doubt often lie at the root of internal friction.
Mr. Shen proposed three key steps to dissolve these obstacles:
Self-Reflection – “Reflection is humanity’s greatest ability.” Organizations, like individuals, must constantly reflect to evolve.
Shifting Mindsets – When challenges arise, first calm your inner emotions before addressing the issue objectively.
Taking Responsibility – “A culture of blooming is a culture of responsibility.” When everyone gives their best in their role, the organization thrives as a whole.
“The greatest wisdom is to turn inward. Only by cultivating the heart can we lead effectively. Only through altruism can we endure and prosper.”
