- Mr. Shen Deyi (General Manager): Reviewed Drillmaster’s journey to becoming a top-tier exporter and a provincial engineering benchmark. - Mr. Tang Zuli (Head of the HDD): Presented the next-phase path for the trenchless technology unit. He focused on maximizing resource synergy and complementary strengths to unlock efficient growth across the group.

- Celebrating Achievements: The ceremony honored “Corporate Culture Stars,” employee tenure milestones (3, 5, and 10 years), and new management appointments. This reflects Drillmaster’s core talent philosophy of providing clear upward paths for practical contributors.
- Mindset Breakthroughs: An executive and consultant panel discussed “Mindset Breakthroughs,” noting that future corporate competition is fundamentally a competition of full-team alignment and accountability.
